Morehead Title Company is an agent for First American, Chicago, Commonwealth/Fidelity, WFG, Alliant National, and DOMA. We are a locally owned and operated title insurance and escrow company with six offices around the state of North Carolina. We primarily insure properties in North and South Carolina, but we are a National Agent for First American.
Our aim is to turn around commitments within 30 minutes of receipt. When requested, we can also turn around policies within days of recording, but we always aim to have policies back within a few weeks of receipt of our commitment requirements.
